Island Retreat
Just got back from Sanibel Island in Florida. 80 degrees and sunny for five days, which seemed like five weeks.
I never realized that I needed a vacation so badly until after we had been there for one day and I couldn’t remember what day it was or how long we had been there.
With nothing to do but sit on the beach and ride the cruiser bikes, you start to let the stress of everyday life burn away. Joy & I spent most of the time eating, sleeping and riding.
The J.N. Ding Darling wildlife sanctuary is a great place to ride and spot native birds, alligators and sea creatures. Here are some of the things we saw.

So close to NY, but yet so far away. I still got two hours of riding in every day too!
